Ronan Pin

Ronan Pin has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Ronan is currently working as the Chief Engineer at LeoStella since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Principal Satellite Engineer at LeoStella from December 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining LeoStella, Ronan Pin worked at Thales Alenia Space for over a decade. Ronan'sroles at Thales Alenia Space included Head of Avionics & Power Instantiation section from November 2019 to November 2021. Ronan also served as an Electrical architect for various satellite projects, such as the Eutelsat KONNECT satellite, Spacebus NEO satellite product line, XPS module on Spacebus Neo, Iridium Next satellites constellation, and O3b satellites constellation.

Ronan Pin began their career at Altran in 2005, where they worked as an Electrical engineer on various projects, including XPS for Alphabus, EPS for O3b satellites constellation, and PCDU unit for Globalstar 2 satellites constellation.

Ronan Pin obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Ronan then pursued further education in the same field at Polytechnique Montréal, earning another Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from 2004 to 2005.
