Dona Dragova has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dona started their career in 2013 as a Customer Support Agent at William Hill, where they later became a Senior Customer Support Representative. In 2016, they joined SafeCharge as a Customer Service Manager, where they had responsibilities such as managing the customer support team, monitoring performance, and creating procedures. The following year, they worked at SBTech as a Customer Support Team Leader. In 2017, Dona joined LeoVegas, where they held positions as a 2nd Line Support Team Leader and a Quality Assurance Team Leader. In these roles, they managed teams and collaborated with different departments to improve the customer experience. Currently, they are with LeoVegas Group as the Head of CX & Ops PM, leading a team responsible for player sustainability, customer experience, and project management within operations. Dona'sroles throughout the years have allowed their to develop expertise in managing teams, improving processes, and driving quality in customer service.
Dona Dragova received a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of National and World Economy in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the same university from 2007-2011. In their earlier years, from 2002-2007, they attended the English Language School "Geo Milev" in Bourgas, where they completed their high school education focused on English Language and Literature/Letters.
