Jenny Borgquist

Jenny Borgquist has over 13 years of work experience in various roles within HR, project management, and talent acquisition. Jenny is currently serving as the Head of HR North at LeoVegas Group since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ORBITAL SYSTEMS as an HR Project Manager & Commercial Project Manager from October 2017 to December 2019, and as a Talent Acquisition Manager from January 2017 to October 2017. Jenny also has experience as a Partner at VENDIT from September 2016 to August 2017, and as a Client Director and Head of Network & Communication at Nova (Sverige) from August 2013 to August 2016. Moreover, they served as the Head of Supertalangakademin at Supertalangakademin (Joint venture Nova Networks Veckans affärer) from January 2012 to July 2013. Jenny also worked as a Communications Manager at NovaAgentum from June 2011 to January 2013, and as a Recruitment & Employer Branding Consultant at Nova Networks from October 2009 to June 2011. Additionally, they served as a Researcher at Agentum from February 2008 to October 2009, and as a Marketing Assistant at Wyatt Media Group in 2007.

Jenny Borgquist graduated with an MSc degree in International Business from Uppsala University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In 2016 to 2017, they attended Lund University, focusing on Social Science with a focus on Labor Law and Psychology. Additionally, they spent a year studying Political and Social Science at Universidad Simón Bolívar from 2005 to 2006.
