Megan Grist (formerly Robson)

Megan Grist (formerly Robson) is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, generalist HR roles, and project management within various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at LeoVegas Group since July 2023, Megan has previously held positions including HR Advisor at Robertson Facilities Management, where responsibilities included supporting a complex TUPE transfer project and providing general HR advice. Previous experience also includes roles at Capsticks Solicitors LLP, Winn Group, and Ford Engineering Group, where Megan managed employee relations cases, conducted training, and developed HR processes. Megan holds a degree in Human Resource Management from De Montfort University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Employment Law at the same institution.
