Paula Gera

Paula Gera has diverse experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and previously as an HR Administrator at LeoVegas Group since June 2018. Prior to this role, Paula held the position of Office Manager at Lottostarlet and worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Paula's earlier career includes a significant role as a Research Analyst for the Ministry for European Affairs and Implementation of the Electoral Manifesto, contributing to Malta's participation in EU matters and preparations for Malta's EU Presidency in 2017. Additional experience includes a trainee position at the Malta Business Bureau. Paula holds an MSc in Climate Change and Policy from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor's in European Studies from the University of Malta.
