Sean Shi is an experienced leader in global consumer marketing with a focus on luxury and retail, currently serving as the Director of Global Consumer Marketing Retail Experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since September 2021. Sean has a rich background that includes roles such as Product Marketing and Retail Marketing lead for Jo Malone London and Consumer Engagement strategy at Clinique APAC. In addition to work in major beauty brands, Sean co-founded a Mandarin podcast called Mind Pub 微醺实验室, aimed at self-discovery and career development. Sean holds an MBA from London Business School and has previously worked in digital marketing and strategy roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Ogilvy, among others. Education includes dual degrees in Automation and Business Administration from Tianjin University and a Design-Led Innovation course from the Royal College of Art.
