Karina Mae Ricafrente

Karina Mae Ricafrente, CHRA, has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and development. Since July 2016, Karina has held various roles at Lepanto Consolidated Mining Co., currently serving as Human Resource Supervisor - Talent Acquisition and Development. Previous positions at the company include acting in the same supervisory role and serving as an HR Associate and an HR Assistant focused on recruitment, training, and performance management. Additionally, Karina gained initial experience through internships at Lepanto Consolidated Mining Co. and W Group Inc. Karina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Development Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2016.
