Kathleen Barbeau has extensive experience in public partnerships and cultural industries, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Public Partnerships at L'Équipe Spectra since September 2019, overseeing a team responsible for grant management for various music and humor festivals as well as performance agencies and venues. Professionally involved with prominent events such as the Montreal International Jazz Festival and Osheaga, Kathleen excels in maximizing public funding and identifying new business opportunities. Prior roles include project coordinator in government affairs, programmer at Vues d'Afrique, and community organizer, showcasing a strong background in grant writing, event planning, and stakeholder engagement. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in International Cooperation and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the Université de Montréal, complemented by a diploma in Cinematic Studies.
