Tony Kassia

Tony Kassia is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and culinary roles. As the Founder of Nights of Solace since June 2022 and Gastronomic Coordinator at L'Équipe Spectra since November 2021, Tony has demonstrated leadership and innovation in the industry. Prior experience includes serving as a Warehouse Supervisor at SAQ and a Supervisor at Loto-Québec, overseeing daily operations for a team of 25 and managing substantial annual budgets. As General Manager of Biftheque Boucherville from November 2013 to January 2018, Tony successfully launched marketing campaigns, supported a large staff, and ensured compliance with safety regulations. Previous roles also include Chef de Partie at Norths Group and General Manager at Houston Boucherville. Tony holds a College Degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from John Abbott College.
