Jane Scholes

Jane Scholes is a Partner at Lerners LLP since February 2018, specializing in health law, dispute resolution, labour and employment, and education law. Scholes has significant litigation experience, having appeared in various courts in Ontario, the Supreme Court of Canada, and multiple specialized tribunals. Prior to this role, Scholes was an Associate Lawyer at Goodmans LLP, following a progression from summer student to articling student. Scholes has also contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School and as a Teaching Assistant at Western University. Scholes holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and an Honors Business Administration (HBA) from Western University, along with experience in finance and administrative roles earlier in the career.
