Karen McLaughlin-Young, MPH, RYT, is an experienced wellness professional and yoga instructor with a diverse background in health education and fitness. Currently serving as the Owner of KEY Wellness since November 2021, Karen focuses on holistic health to enhance the quality of life for clients. As the Principal Owner of Karen Young Yoga since January 2011, Karen integrates various methods such as functional movement, nutrition, and meditation to help individuals discover their limitless potential. Additionally, Karen has provided corporate yoga and meditation services for multiple companies since 2018 and has offered specialized instruction through the "Yoga for Golfers" program. With a strong educational foundation, including a Master's in Public Health and certifications in Iyengar Yoga and stress reduction, Karen McLaughlin-Young is dedicated to promoting well-being and fitness across diverse settings.
