Elena Romanova

Elena Romanova is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Manager at Leroy Merlin since May 2023, Elena has also been with GDC (Fujitsu preferred supplier of Services) since August 2018, initially in the role of Information Technology Service Delivery Manager overseeing a team of 110 FTEs and managing crucial contracts and strategic planning. Prior to this, from February 2017 to March 2018, Elena held the position of Service Team Lead, managing a technical team and ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Management and Economics from Kazan State Technological University and continues education at Wor-Wic Community College.
