María López de Gea

Mariana Aguirre currently serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for personal and environmental care, since August 2020. In addition, Mariana holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as working as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also has experience as a university lecturer teaching courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
