Anselme Gregory

Anselme Gregory possesses extensive experience in the culinary and graphic design fields. Currently serving as a Manager at Les Burgers de Papa since August 2019, Anselme oversees team management, weekly orders, problem-solving, and various cooking stations. Previously held the position of Gérant de restaurant at Karibbyandfood, focusing on Antillean cuisine, and contributed to food preparation and service at the Conseil départemental de la Côte-d'Or. Anselme's culinary background includes roles as a Cuisinier at La Créole Beach Hôtel & Spa and LE CROUS, as well as foundational positions in graphic design from 2000 to 2015 in various establishments, including France Antilles and Voix du Jura.
