Kanlayany Sophasath has extensive experience in various operational roles within the industrial and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as an Aide-Opérateur Chaudière de Récupération (MMF) at Nordic Kraft since December 2020, Kanlayany previously worked as an Operator at Shell from June 2015 to January 2020, where responsibilities included terminal operations. Earlier experience includes a role as an Opératrice at Ropack Inc., where Kanlayany focused on production processes, and an internship at Chimie Parachem, involving monitoring and inspection duties. From February 2005 to November 2011, Kanlayany held the position of Responsable en Unité de Vie at Centre de Santé Inuulitsivik, managing healthcare teams and patient support. Kanlayany holds an AEC in Technique de Procédés Chimiques from Institut des Procédés Industriels, earned between 2012 and 2013.
