Michelle Gomez is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Vice President of the American Culinary Federation and Delegate for the Hawaii Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International. With a career spanning over two decades, Michelle has held key positions such as Executive Chef at Marriott International and Executive Sous Chef at Hilton. Recent roles include Private Estate Chef and Consultant since 2008 and a member of the Culinary Advisory Board at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Michelle was also part of the Advanced Inaugural Team at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Michelle obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Orlando.
