Marie-Hélène Gravel

Marie H. is an accomplished User Researcher currently employed at Insights since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior UX Researcher at Voicemod from October 2022 to December 2022, and Senior Design Researcher at Vodafone from December 2020 to October 2022. Marie also served as a Service Design & Innovation Researcher at Skills Development Scotland between August 2017 and December 2020, a Social Researcher at The Lennox Partnership from January 2017 to July 2017, and a Field Researcher at Toonspeak Young People's Theatre from October 2016 to January 2017. Earlier in the career, Marie was a Project Manager for the Prague International Advertising Festival from November 2014 to June 2015. Academically, Marie holds an MSc in Research & Strategy from the University of Glasgow and a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Charles University.
