Michelle Fong has extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as the Partnership Support Manager at Les Mills Asia Pacific since August 2018. In this role, Michelle oversees the Partnership Support Team, enhancing club partner engagement and retention through effective launch strategies for Les Mills programs. Previous positions at Les Mills include National Launch Coach Australia and Instructor Experience Manager for South East Asia. Prior to joining Les Mills, Michelle worked at Fitness First Malaysia as the National Group Exercise Manager, managing group fitness programs, and has experience as a Director of a fitness studio. Earlier in their career, Michelle held roles in banking and recruitment, including Relationship Manager at OCBC Bank and Citiphone Officer at Citi. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London.
