Frances Matthews

Frances Matthews is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a strong background in various leadership and management roles. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Les Mills New Zealand since June 2015, Frances has also held positions including Membership Consultant, Customer Relations and Retention, and Fee Management, Retention and Customer Service. Previous experience includes Customer Sales and Service Team Leader at Foxtel (2014-2015), Customer Service Manager at Community Leisure Management (2010-2013), Marketing Coordinator at Ingram Micro (2008-2010), Retail Store Manager at Rodd and Gunn (2007-2008), and Assistant Store Manager at GLASSONS LTD (2005-2007).
