Arnaldo Cruz

Arnaldo Cruz is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Les Mills International since March 2019. With a diverse background in recruitment, Arnaldo has held several key positions at Nielsen from July 2012 to January 2019, including Diversity Partnerships & Inclusive Recruitment, Sourcing Manager, and Senior Recruiter. Prior experience includes a role in talent acquisition at IRI from October 2006 to July 2012 and serving as an Executive Recruiter at Global Employment Solutions from December 2003 to October 2006. Arnaldo is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
