Justin Loumana

Justin Loumana is an experienced professional in project management and organizational planning. Currently serving as a Conseiller en planification at Ville de Montréal since August 2021, Justin provides support to management teams in project coordination and priority implementation. At CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, Justin has been acting as Chargé de projets organisationnels since March 2019, offering guidance to leaders on organizational projects and project management practices. Additionally, as Chargé de projets with Les Petits Frères since September 2018, Justin manages social programs addressing the isolation of seniors aged 75 and older in Québec, including the development of action plans and program evaluation.
