Bruno Cardone is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in culinary education and operations management. Currently serving as the Campus Operations Manager at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management since June 2016, Bruno previously held senior instructional roles at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts - Les Roches from 2010 to May 2016, including Senior Culinary Instructor and Chef Instructor. Bruno's culinary expertise was further honed during tenure as Chef de Cuisine at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2001 to 2009. Academically, Bruno holds an Associate Degree in Culinary, Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Hawaii University (2001-2003) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Les Roches (1997-2001).
