Prior experience includes the role of Marketing Communication Manager at Lamazuna, where Raphaelle focused on zero waste initiatives, product launches, and establishing a new brand identity. At Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, contributions included managing global strategic projects and analyzing market trends, alongside prior experience with Programme MALIN which involved coordinating a social business initiative. Raphaelle began their career with internships in finance and consulting, holding a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a specialization in Ethic Management from HEC Paris.
