Sandra Bareil has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sandra is currently the CEO and Digital Recruiter at LesPepites, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to this role, Sandra worked as a Digital Talents Recruiter at digiRocks from May 2018 to October 2021.
Before entering the recruitment field, Sandra had experience in various leadership positions. Sandra served as the CEO of Very Smart Trip from March 2016 to February 2018. Sandra's career also includes experience as a Chef de Projet Senior eCRM at Groupe Pierre & Vacances from February 2005 to July 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the email and SMS relationship program for the group's brands across six European countries.
Sandra started their career as a Chef de Projet eCRM et Affiliation at Disneyland Resort Paris from June 2004 to January 2005. Here, Sandra created B2C newsletters and triggered emails for French-speaking markets and launched the company's first affiliate program.
Before entering the digital marketing field, Sandra worked as a Chef de Projet Junior RH at Areva from June 2003 to May 2004. In this role, they conducted employee motivation audits and provided recommendations to management teams.
Sandra's earlier work experience includes a management role at McDonald's, where they served as a Terrain Manager from June 1998 to July 2002. Sandra excelled in customer relationship management and received recognition as the Best McDonald's Employee in France in 2002.
Sandra Bareil pursued their education with a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, from the year 2000 to 2002. Afterwards, they went on to complete an MBA in International Marketing at Clark University, spanning from 2002 to 2003.
