Pat Daley

Pat Daley has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and industries. They currently hold the position of Manager of Learning Experience Design at Lessen, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to this, Pat worked at SMS Assist, L.L.C. for five years. Their roles at SMS Assist included Manager of Learning Experience Design, LX Design Project Management Lead, Learning Experience Designer, and Customer Service Representative. Pat's tenure at SMS Assist lasted from June 2018 to July 2023.

Before joining SMS Assist, Pat worked at the Center for Conflict Resolution as a Training Assistant and Mediation Coach for four years, from March 2014 to June 2018. They also served as an Executive Assistant at Esteem Engine, Inc. from November 2013 to March 2014.

Pat's early career included a role as a Social Media Intern and Festival Coordinator at HeadCount, Inc. from January 2012 to November 2013.

With a focus on learning experience design and a diverse range of experience across multiple industries, Pat brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to their current role as Manager of Learning Experience Design at Lessen.

Pat Daley holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University. In addition to their degree, Pat has obtained various certifications, including "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in June 2023, "Learning SCORM and Tin Can API" from LinkedIn in April 2023, and "How to Have a Great Day at Work With Caroline Webb" from LinkedIn in November 2021.
