Patrice Payne

Patrice Payne is a seasoned professional in product design, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Product Design at Lessen since March 2024. Prior to this role, Patrice accumulated over a decade of experience at McMaster-Carr, progressing from Operations Supervisor in Customer Service to Director of Product Design. Additional experience includes a tutoring position at TutorCloud and an analytical role at Anthos Capital, where company growth investments were assessed. Patrice holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Stanford University and multiple Master's degrees in Product Design and Development from Northwestern University, further complemented by studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
