Yamilay Leger, MBA, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the SVP and Head of Human Resources at Lessen since March 2024, Yamilay previously held key HR roles at Vimeo, Opendoor, Tuft & Needle, Yelp, GoDaddy, DeVry Inc., Securitas Security Services USA, and Diversified Human Resources. Yamilay has a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
