Barbara Youinou

Barbara Youinou is an experienced sports journalist with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a sports journalist at L'Est Républicain since September 2021, Barbara has also been contributing to Les Editions REVERSE since June 2011, producing field reports and interviews with notable athletes such as Tony Parker and Pau Gasol. Previous roles include journalist positions at Presse Quotidienne Régionale, Ouest-France, and Le Télégramme, where Barbara focused on departmental sports news coverage and managing collaborations with correspondents and photographers. Additionally, Barbara has worked at L'Equipe, producing live basketball coverage and content for the iPad version of the newspaper, and gained experience at Courrier International, where Barbara monitored African press and curated articles. Barbara holds a Master 2 degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and is pursuing a Master 1 in Sports Journalism at IEJ (Institut Européen de Journalisme).
