Valeriya Lanets

Valeriya Lanets is a Senior BI Analyst at Lesta Games since August 2022, where responsibilities include team management of three game analysts, backlog management, and overseeing the roadmap process. Previously, Valeriya served as a BI Analyst for the product team analyzing game data for "Мир Танков." At Wargaming, Valeriya worked as a BI Analyst in DWH from December 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience at Альфа-Банк (Беларусь) from January 2019 to December 2021 encompassed roles as PM/BA, leading the automation of the "Standard Unit Cost" project, and data analysis tasks using IBM Cognos and Oracle SQL Developer. Valeriya also managed a team of ten as Supervisor in Incoming Sales, focusing on training and performance analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Analytical Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Policy from Belarusian State Economic University.
