Guilherme Loiacono

Guilherme Loiacono is a seasoned professional in the fields of finance and capital formation, currently serving as the Director of Capital Formation at Leste Group since August 2020. Prior experience includes significant roles at Restaurant Brands International from January 2016 to July 2020, where Guilherme held various positions such as Director of Deals for Popeyes US&C and LAC, as well as Head of Finance and Development for Burger King in the APAC region. Additionally, Guilherme worked as a Senior Associate and Analyst at BR Partners Banco de Investimento S/A from September 2010 to January 2016. Guilherme Loiacono holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, complemented by studies at Università Bocconi.
