Kerry Kyriacou has extensive experience in the housing industry, having held various executive roles in both public and private organizations. In their most recent position as Executive Director of Regeneration and Growth at the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, they focus on property redevelopment and strengthening the local economy. Prior to this, they served as the Chair of OX Place at Oxford City Council, where they played a crucial role in urban development. Kerry has also held interim positions, including Interim Managing Director at Lampton 360 Group, overseeing housing projects, and Interim Group Director of Assets and Development at Southern Housing, managing asset management and sustainability. Earlier in their career, Kerry served as Executive Director of Development and Sales at Optivo and Group Director of Development and Sales at Clarion Housing Group, where they played key roles in national development and regeneration programs. Kerry Kyriacou has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Kingston University. They also have a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from London Metropolitan University. Kerry is also a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
