Xavier Fraysse

Xavier Fraysse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, sales, and management. Currently serving as Co-founder at L'Étincelle since July 2023, Xavier previously held multiple roles at Pretto from April 2019 to September 2022, including Ops & Sales Manager, Sales Ops & Product Owner, and CEO's Right-hand. Prior experience includes an internship as an Operations Data Analyst at Frichti in 2018 and a Private Equity internship at Bpifrance within the Venture Capital team from January to June 2018. Xavier began a career in finance as an M&A Analyst Intern at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking in 2017. Educational background includes a Master in Management from HEC Paris (2015-2019), a MSc in Management from the National University of Singapore (2019), and an exchange program at Fudan University in 2016. Further foundational education includes Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles at Lycée Louis-le-Grand and a Baccalauréat from Lycée Grandmont.
