Paolo Cerruti

Paolo Cerruti is a Co-Founder of Northvolt AB, where the focus is on developing the largest Lithium Ion battery production facility in Europe to promote a carbon-free future, a position held since March 2016. Prior to this, Paolo served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operations Planning at Tesla Motors from March 2012 to February 2016, contributing as a permanent member of the Management Team. At the Renault Nissan Purchasing Organization, Paolo held the role of Director of Global Purchasing - Powertrain and Engineering Program Development Director for India Operations from July 2008 to February 2012. Earlier experience includes working as Platform Engineering Design Manager at Nissan Motor Company from August 2005 to June 2008. Paolo has an Executive Education degree from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, and a Master's Degree in General Engineering & Science from CentraleSupélec.
