Matthew Leak

Matthew Leak is an Engineering Manager at Let's Do This. Prior to this, they worked as an Azure Digital & Apps Innovation Specialist at Microsoft from September 2021 to August 2022. Matthew also worked as a Principal Technologist at Made Tech from April 2020 to September 2021, where they defined and delivered digital and data strategies across central government. From March 2019 to April 2020, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Infinity Works, where they led the end-to-end delivery of B2C and B2B projects, including mobile application development and data engineering, as well as full solution design in AWS and Microsoft Azure. Finally, from October 2017 to March 2019, they worked as Head of Engineering at Ropto, where they were responsible for full ownership of AWS cloud infrastructure utilising serverless and real-time data streaming technologies for a SaaS application that managed 7-figure monthly budgets for clients. Matthew also designed and developed key data validation APIs to increase and improve lead quality which saw an uplift in revenue by 16%.
