Dasha Somova

Dasha Somova has worked in various roles in the HR and recruitment field since 2013. Dasha began their career as an Intern at Avon, where they were responsible for interpreting and translating documents, organizing events, writing articles and preparing presentations. In 2014, they moved to ItKotiki as an IT Recruiter, where they were responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews and updating job descriptions. In 2015, they joined CNA International Executive Search as an IT Recruiting Consultant, where they were responsible for the full recruitment process, research and checking references. In 2016, they moved to CyberVision, Inc. as a Team Lead/HR Generalist, where they were responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, identifying hiring needs and developing position descriptions. In 2017, they joined Ignite Outsourcing as a Recruitment Team Lead, where they were responsible for tasks distribution, developing recruitment strategies, setting team goals and coaching and training team members. In 2018, they moved to Very Good Security as a Recruiting Manager and Senior IT Recruiter, where they were responsible for developing a talent acquisition strategy, growing and coaching a diverse and high-performing team, evaluating and refining global sourcing and selection procedures, defining and driving TA metrics, managing employee referral program, determining and building a scalable and efficient recruiting process, from sourcing to offer approval, hands-on full-cycle recruiting, headcount planning, consulting hiring managers, interviewers and executive team, onboarding, developing HR&Recruiting policies, designing and implementing structuring compensation and benefits packages, managing and resolving employee relations issues, performance management, work relationship improvement, promotions, salary reviews, conducting 1:1s with employees, developing employer brand strategy from scratch, working with UA media channels and resources, preparing speakers for external events and managing social media activities. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Let's Enhance as the Head of HR.

Dasha Somova obtained a Master's degree in Management&Logistics from National Transport University in 2015. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Demonstrating Accountability as a Leader from LinkedIn.
