Kiley Ross

Kiley Ross has a diverse work experience ranging from business ownership to strategic sourcing. In 2016, they worked as a Store Manager at LUXE Embellishments before transitioning to an Assistant Manager position at Abbey Springs Golf Course in 2018. In 2019, Kiley became a Volunteer Staff member at Global Gifts, a Fair Trade store, where they gained experience in non-profit operations. Kiley then took on the role of Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty in 2020 and Regional Manager at Home From College in 2020. Kiley also interned as a Strategic Sourcing Intern at Kohl's in 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Brand Strategy and Sustainability Consultant at The Katalyst before becoming a Partnership Operations Associate at Highlight later the same year. Kiley's most recent role is as a Business Owner at Oneoff, an off-price retailer for sustainable fashion brands aiming to promote accessibility to sustainable fashion.

Kiley Ross attended Marist High School from 2014 to 2018. After completing high school, they enrolled at Indiana University Bloomington in 2018 and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
