Varun Kashyap

Varun Kashyap has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 and continuing till present. Varun is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Evangelist at LetsEndorse, a community platform that drives social change. In 2019, they were a Rajeev Circle Fellow at the Motwani Jadeja Foundation, focusing on entrepreneurship. In 2016, they served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Ashoka University. In 2014-2015, they were a German Chancellor Fellow at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, where they carried out a project of their own choice in Germany. Varun also has experience in sales and marketing, having worked at Hector Beverages and Suvidha Bazaar. Furthermore, they have interned at organizations like Commonwealth Youth Programme Asia Centre and the National Service Scheme. Varun has a strong background in social impact, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Varun Kashyap began their education journey by completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at PEC University of Technology from 2006 to 2010. Varun then pursued an Open Learning Diploma in Business Entrepreneurship at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India in Gujarat from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they obtained a Commonwealth Diploma in Youth in Development Work from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Varun later obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Agriculture Policy from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, Varun participated in The Young India Fellowship Programme, an IFRE initiative with The University of Pennsylvania, where they completed a Post Graduate Fellowship in Liberal Arts and Leadership Development. Varun subsequently attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2013, completing a Certificate Program in Management for Entrepreneurial Ventures. Lastly, in 2018, Varun completed the Innovation Readiness Series in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
