Zakkary McNutt

Zakkary McNutt, PhD, is an accomplished NGS Scientist at LetsGetChecked since March 2022, with a strong background in biochemistry and molecular biology. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University, where research focused on the anti-Shine Dalgarno sequence in Bacteroidetes, notably uncovering a novel mechanism of translational autoregulation. Additionally, Zakkary worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, providing guidance in molecular microbiology techniques to students.
