Didimalang Moaro holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from the University of Essex and an MSC in Strategic Management from the University of Derby. With extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, Moaro has held various roles including Service Delivery and Customer Technical Manager at Ericsson, Core Network Manager at Orange Botswana, and Network Operations Manager at Botswana Fibre Network. Currently, Moaro serves as the Group Service Delivery Lead at Letshego, overseeing service delivery activities across 11 countries. Additionally, Moaro has expertise in areas such as Change Management, Incident Management, Network/Security Operations, and IT governance.
