James Matsika

James Matsika is currently the Head Group Learning and Development at Letshego since December 2019. Prior to this, held the title of Human Resources Development Manager at Zimplats from July 2015 to May 2019. With a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Zimbabwe, James has extensive experience in developing and implementing human resources development strategies, policies, and programs. Reporting to the Human Resources Director and two General Managers, James oversaw the management of staff and day-to-day administration of skills development centers and training facilities.
