Soumik Chakraborty Utsho

Soumik Chakraborty Utsho has a solid background in technical support and customer service. Soumik started their career as an M365 Azure Technical Advisor III at Sherweb in December 2019 and held this role until June 2021. In this position, Soumik resolved complex technical issues and provided guidance to front-line teams. Soumik also collaborated with the engineering team on design issues and contributed to documentation and knowledge base content.

From June 2021 to February 2023, Soumik worked at Sherweb as an M365 Pod Specialist and later as an M365 Product Specialist - Azure. In these roles, they continued to provide advanced technical support, answer complex questions related to Azure and Office 365, and monitor and coordinate the resolution of complex product-related cases. Soumik also conducted workshops to train front-line teams, stayed updated with industry best practices, and contributed to specific projects and technical training as needed.

Since February 2023, Soumik has been working as an Application Support Specialist at Letsignit. In this role, they contribute to the implementation and installation of the company's software solution, providing technical support and guidance to prospects and existing customers. Soumik utilizes their deep product understanding to resolve complex customer inquiries promptly and accurately documents customer interactions and troubleshooting actions.

Soumik Chakraborty Utsho completed their Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Computer Support and Networking from Pearson Electrotechnology Centre (PEC) - Lester B. Pearson School Board, from 2018 to 2020. In addition, they also pursued two courses in Computer Systems Networking from Cisco Networking Academy, namely CCNA Routing and Switching Introduction to Networks and CCNA Routing and Switching Routing and Switching Essentials, both in 2019.
