David Higgins

David Higgins has extensive experience in the mechanical services and construction industry. David started their career at Cruz Construction, Inc as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for project management, business system development, sales, and business development. David then joined Scottco Mechanical Contractors, Inc and held various roles including Sales/Special Projects Management and Sales Manager. In this role, they were part of the company's Strategic Leadership Team.

Afterwards, they worked at Source One Commercial Services as a Division Manager, where they established a new division in the Houston region and was responsible for sales and operations. David achieved significant revenue growth during their time there. David then worked at Comfort Systems USA, Accurate Air Systems as a General Service Manager.

In 2011, David purchased Paleface Heating and Air Conditioning and became the Managing Member and President of Paleface Comfort Services, Inc. David built a reputation for providing excellent HVAC services in both residential and commercial sectors. David later sold the company in 2017.

David then worked as a self-employed contractor and consultant before joining Haynes Mechanical Systems as an Account Manager/Project Sales Executive. David then held senior positions at Polk Mechanical Company, including Director of Operations and Vice President of Service.

David'smost recent role was at TDIndustries, Inc. as an Account Manager III. With over 30 years of experience, they specialized in highly technical mechanical system replacement, retrofit, redesign, modification, and professional planned maintenance and service programs.

Currently, David is working at Letsos Company as an Industrial/Commercial Account Manager.

David Higgins attended Texas A & M University in 1995 but did not obtain a degree. In 1994, they attended Linc Service Managers School. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where they received a Certification in Water and air- test and balance. In 1993, they attended Linc Project Sales. In 1980 and 1981, David attended Lennox Service Schools. David completed their high school education at Tascosa High School from 1975 to 1978.
