Andrei Donati

Andrei Donati is a seasoned technology manager, currently serving as Sr. Tech Manager for Product and Data Platform at Lett since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading an 18-member team in delivering data and product solutions. Previous roles at Lett include Sr. Tech Manager for Data Engineering and Analytics, and Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager, where Andrei focused on team development and project management. Prior experience at BIX Tecnologia involved serving as Chapter Lead for Data Engineering, where Andrei consulted on data architecture projects and managed teams. Andrei began a career in business intelligence and data analytics, including roles as a consultant and intern. Andrei holds a degree in Automation Control Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and completed a graduate course in Strategic Business Management from Escola Conquer.
