Franklin Lucas

Franklin Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Franklin began their career as a HR Advisor and Project Manager at Consultoria e Projetos Elétricos Júnior, where they were responsible for performance evaluations, selection processes, and organizing large scale events.

Lucas then worked as a Scholar at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, conducting research on teaching methodologies and delivering lectures on project management.

Franklin gained technical expertise as an Intern at Laboratório de Computação Evolucionária, developing software for performance calculations and optimization of electrical transmission lines.

At Álamo TI, Lucas served as an IT Systems Developer, deploying software management environments and training teams on agile development methods.

Currently, Lucas works at Lett as the COO, overseeing technology, operations, finances, and people management. Franklin previously held the roles of CPO and CFO in the same company.
