Shaune Watts

Shaune Watts possesses extensive experience in credit policy and assessment, currently serving as the Manager of Credit Policy and Review at RACQ since December 2012. In this role, Shaune is responsible for overseeing credit policy, processes, and metrics that support the loan decisioning process. Additionally, Shaune is actively involved in fundraising for the Mater Little Miracles and the Leukaemia Foundation, motivated by personal experiences with family health challenges. Previous roles include Manager of Credit Assessment at QT Mutual Bank Limited and Bank of Queensland, along with management responsibilities in collections. Shaune's educational background includes attendance at North Bundaberg High School and Kooralbyn International School.
