Jeffrey Grunberger

Lev Echad - Emergency Civilian Aid is a national volunteer organization, established in 2006 to mold thousands of Israeli civilians into an effective volunteer army trained for emergency situations. The organization deploys a civilian recruitment and control network, which is subject to the local authority and helps it deal with local and national emergencies. Since its establishment, the organization has operated over 15,000 civilian volunteers.
