Pamela Ruales

Pamela Ruales is an experienced professional in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Levain Bakery since January 2023. Ruales also owns Ruales Marketing LLC, established in March 2021. Previous roles include Patisserie Manager at Bottega Louie from November 2019 to February 2021 and Manager at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. from April 2019 to November 2019.
