Kellie Gore-Reeves

Kellie Gore-Reeves has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kellie is currently working as the People & Culture Transformation Lead with a focus on Learning and Organizational Development at Levande since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Coach and HR Consultant at KGR Coaching + HR Consulting starting from September 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, Kellie served as the Manager of People Culture and Risk (Head of People and Culture) at Lake Macquarie City Council. Before that, they held the position of Executive Manager of People and Culture at Central Coast Council from June 2016 to December 2018, and before that, they served as the Manager of Human Resources from September 2015 to May 2016.

Kellie's experience also includes working as the Director of People & Culture at Dimension Data from May 2008 to September 2015, where they led the People & Culture functions of Dimension Data Australia and Oakton Technology Consulting. Kellie also served as the Southern Region HR Manager at Dimension Data from September 2004 to April 2008.

Earlier in their career, Kellie worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at KPMG for an undisclosed period. Kellie also gained experience as a Tipstaff to Deputy President Rod Harrison at the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW from 1997 to 1999.

Kellie Gore-Reeves attended the University of Newcastle from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained a First Class Honours degree in Business. Kellie'sfield of study was HR and IR (Human Resources and Industrial Relations).

In terms of additional certifications, Kellie obtained a certificate as a Certified Organisational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in September 2022. Kellie also received a certification as a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in August 2021. Kellie holds a Certificate IV in Risk Management from Paladin Risk Management Services Inc, although the specific month of obtaining this certification is not provided. Additionally, they are certified in Agile Project Management from the Project Management Institute, which was obtained in 2019. Kellie is a Professional Certified Member (CAHRI) of the Australian HR Institute since 2015. Lastly, they obtained Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in March 2009.
