Kate Bell

Kate Bell currently serves as the Head of Learning and Organisational Development (acting) and Organisational Change Lead at Watercare Services Limited, with a focus on leading change initiatives. Kate has extensive experience in organisational development, having led multidisciplinary teams at Morphum Environmental and managed large scale HR projects at Auckland Council. Additionally, Kate has held roles such as Transition Lead for a water reform programme at the Department of Internal Affairs and worked as an HR Consultant specializing in organisational change. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management/HR and Marketing from the University of Auckland.
