Michelle Baker

Michelle Baker has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare and hospitality industries. Michelle currently serves as the Head of Partnerships at Levande, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Bupa from 2020 to 2022, where they held several positions including Customer Experience and Innovation Director, Regional Director Operations, and Resident and Community Experience Director. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Regis Aged Care, serving as the Executive General Manager - Operations and State Operations Manager - QLD/NSW. Additionally, Michelle has also worked at AHS Hospitality as the National General Manager of Operations in 2013.
